Action: Conduct Market Survey from Actual User (5mins)
→ Pain Points in Structured Product Design Process Survey

Step 2: Technical Equivalence Trial

Objective: Evaluate the performance difference between traditional manual workflows and an automated optimizer.

Action: Set up two workflows for comparison:
(1) Manual Process and (2) Automated Optimizer

Using a predefined Evaluation Matrix to measure efficiency, accuracy, time-to-market, and user experience.

Step 3: Gather Feedback on Optimizer

Collect feedback on usability, enhancements, and adoption readiness, while uncovering hidden gaps for future growth.
